New 2007 TOYOTA SUPRA is here...

I don't know if yal heard it but here is the new supra I was told,

According to Road & Track, this is the official 2007 Toyota Supra. There will be two versions available, a convertible with folding hard tops and the standard coupe. The convertible will come equip with a 3.5 V6 (from the Lexus GS350 and IS350) pushing 350 hp and 275 lb-ft of torque. The coupe will be challenging other super cars with the 5.0 v8 that pushes 450 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque. The convertible is not made to withstand that much horsepower without chassis damage so the v8 will only be available in the coupe. The coupe should be priced at right around $50,000 and the convertible is around the $40,000 mark. Toyota is expecting to target the convertible towards the Nissan 350Z and the coupe at the all new Nissan GT-R.

That concept car was introduced last year. It was part of the LF-X line of concept cars. Given the price range and features I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being released as the new Lexus SC.
