90 4.0 surging and no power

Ok I have a 1990 ranger 4.0 that is surging and has no power but its intermtent. Check light comes on after about 15 or 20 miles but some times gose out. Turn the truck of and start and no light and runs fine. I hat the codes checked and got back mem code 11 system pass , mem code 14 profile ignition sensor circit malfunction , mem code 41 ho2 sensor lack of switching right side , mem code 66 maf or vaf sensor below min voltage.
So I replaced the altronator and belt, mas air flow sensor and air filter, changed the oil and oil filter, changed the spark plugs and gapped them to .054, new batery and cables. only thing left on the list of codes is the ignition sencor and the ho2 sensor. Please and one have any ideas on what it could be i have been told neither of the 2 remaining codes will do this.
