Replacing brake lights on 2001

I need to replace a bulb in one of the tail groups, but I don't know how to remove the two plastic fasteners. Do I need a special tool?

There are two rubber pieces behind the light accessible after the rear door is open. Remove them with a screwdriver and the light is yours. They just come out.
