Brake Pads

What Brake pads would some of you recommend to go with Power Slot rotors? This is on a 99 GA gt. Thanks for the input.

Re: Brake Pads

The best pads to use anytime especially for performance applications are ceramic pads. They hold up well in high heat applications and don't produce a lot of dust. They will work well with drilled and slotted rotors. If you want good pads that are not ceramic try performance friction carbon metallics or raybestos with dhea. Both work well.

Re: Brake Pads

OK but what are good brands of brake pads, I know Hawk but I really don't want to spend $130 on brake pads. I'm looking for something a little less pricey but still good pads. Semi metallic pads would be nice but where can I find them.

Re: Brake Pads

thiers Hundreds of brake manufacturers.

but for semi metalic or carbo metalic ones are the best for stoping power. And they'd go nicly with Power slot rotors !

heres a url for some brakes atNAPA , they hav many to choose from.

The Ceramix or the AE Organic look like good pads.

Check out this thread for some more places to find pads.
OEM & PERFORMANCE

Good Hunting !
