I brought the Vitara brand new in 2001. It have 192,300 miles on it. I only had 2 major repairs on it in 2003 the A/C compressor went bad at 75k. and last year the Knock Sensor went bad that also burned out the Fusebox. Other than regular maintance no other problems. OIl gets changed every 3k. How long can I expect it to last?

Re: 2001 Vitara 2.0 Auto with 192k miles
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
And I thought I had a pretty good amount on my 99 (98K) The older Geo's can last close to 300K I'm pretty sure. AS LONG AS YOU MAINTAIN THEM. I'm sure our 99+'s could do that too.
