throttle body sensor changing?

any one know how to change a throttle body sensor? i got hoses around mine and it is in a tight space. fuck my friend has a 6cyl i guess and i got a 4 and im f'ing going up to 85 just to catch up and pass him on a hwy.

Just got your licence .....got a `91 sunbird with numerous problems and you`re running 85 (i Will Guess that`s MPH ) WOW ............Glad I don`t live near Green Bay KEEPER Between the ditches

lol im not going that fast anymore cause the wheel started to shake at 70 but i was going down a hill when going 85. i need to degreese the engine soon cause it is building up. maybe it throws some sensors off.
