squeak when turning left on 03 cavy

i got an 03 cavy, and whenever i turn right, accelerate between 10-25 mph, and come to a stop from 30 and down, my right wheel/suspension/w/e starts to squeak. i was thinking it might be the bearings?? or brakes, but the problem persists even when the brakes arent applied... any ideas?
