1994 blazer engine miss

Does the vortex engine have any problems, i was looking at a 1994 blazer auto trans 4x4, and when i started it up it had a slight miss, what could b the problem,if its in the engine it self? it has 150.000 miles.

It may simply be in need a tune-up or have a chunk of carbon in the EGR valve. It hard to say with out more info.
