Problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!Help!!!!!!!!

My 92 civic ex is running hot. When i am driving, the temperature needle rises after about 25 minutes;but then when i come to a stop on a traffic light or in bumper traffic the needle will start to go down again. Then back up when driving again. My radiator is good and i just put in a new thermostat 2 weeks ago.The fan doesn't come on so i have it running off the battery but it still runs hot. Furthermore, i have 17" rims on the car and now i notice that when i go over a bump the temperature needle would jump up and down. The same thing goes for my speed sensor. There is a engine code for tps sensor but honda here is outta stock on the throttle body. I just bought a new fan switch but have yet to put it in.It seems that sometimes when i turn on the car the sped sensor will work and other times it wouldn't.It also comes out and in when driving.Does anyone think that beause my tps sensor is bad that causes my car to run hot? And one more thing.MY horn comes in and out also, and when i turn on my headlights i would notice that my a/c panel lights go out also along with my blower fan. I need help!! I can't go to Honda and buy all kinds of stuff and still don't know wat the problem is.I just want my car to stop running hot and running the fan off the battery all the time.Is there some wiring problem causing all of this?
