what are ur suggestions audio guru's
i am making a spare tire well box, 2000 honda civic 4dr, got the wood, got the fiber glass, got the resin. i need some suggestion for a sub amp combo, and i am looking for one 12 or one 15. i need some suggestions on which sub and amp would be the best for me, and i want BASS, please help

that's not really a lot .... I would get a JBL 600.1 amp off ebay, then try and find a good 15" sub with what you have left over. Look for a dual 4 ohm sub, since the class D amps make better power at lower impedance loads and you just want one sub.

Yeah...
$400 won't get you that much BASS. I would just wait and try to collect about $1,000 for somthing nice. That is if you are planning for 1 sub. Remember you get what you pay for.
