93 Caprice Timing Marks V8 305 E
I have a 1993 Caprice W/ 305 V8 E engine. The timing marks have about four "teeth" but it's so corroded that the degrees are not readable. There is one large tooth with a wide valley and then the remaining teeth to the left are the same size. The engine labels state that the setting is 0 degrees. Does anyone know which point/tooth or valley(between the teeth) is 0 degrees. Looks similiar to this VVVV

Re: 93 Caprice Timing Marks V8 305 E
Code 32 is Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system. If it is giving a code, chances are it is either sticking open or closed, allowing too much or too little EGR flow.
