92 prelude ignition starter prob.
Ok here is the problem, The engin engine is not starting, BUT the battery is at full charge, i know this because the sound system works at its full potential, and all lights work. The only problem now is the starter, and it's pissn me off. I turn the ignition over, and the starter doesn't work. I think it might be a relay or fuse, but i don't know where it would be located. It's apparently not in the fuse boxes, because i just spent like 45 mins checking all the fuses, (which were all fine). Its just frustrating. ANy Help PLZ!!! I got a chiltons manual, but it was a waste of money for this job, so help me!
