Has anyone else heard of this. Thought is was the rear main leaking so I pulled the motor and resealed the bottom end. What a Job. During the reseal Job I found the valley under the intake manifold had some oil in it.
Probably should have pulled the heads but I wasnt sure where the oil was coming from. Well now I have it running again and Oil is seeping out between the the head and the block on the right hand cylinder head. I thought about trading this pile in and even when they are fixed the dealers dont want them. I guess I will be dropping the motor back out and replacing the head gaskets. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

Re: Oil leak between head and Block????
I think I'm having the same problem. I would check the vavle covers first, at least on mine there's some evidence that it may be the culprit. How much oil? I am leaking about a quart a week. It was fine until my fpr shut down and disengaged the egr, which in turn prevented overdrive. My wife then drove the car on the highway to pick me up from work at like 4600 rpms and after getting caught in traffic the car overheated; ergo i started leaking a ton of oil. I hope its not the heads.
