will guages from a 96-00 civic dx auto ... fit into my 96 civic dx manual ??

they will fit, but most autos don't come with a tach, and plus they have the PNRD321 indicator

my manual dosent have a tach in the cluster...

I dont think they will work, do you have a manual for yor car, they show both the auto and the manual pictures of the gauges. (The regular manual.)
