Exclamation What should i do

Hey i have a hole in the side of my car the little part between the door and the wheel (on my 2 door integra ) it is rusted through whats the best way to fix this.....body shop (how much ), myself (how) what kind of materials and whatnot plz help....also i have some small little spots on the car....which i think i can sand and prime myself what do you think?

i say just take it to a body shop. 1) safest way (but be careful who you take it to), 2) they just have the tools and the know-how to get the job done properly (but again chose carefully). and i THINK if a body shop does it and over time it gets worse somehow, the shop might my kind enough to cover it or your insurnace will (i think it's like getting your oil changed at a shop, if they do it wrong and your oil filter falls out or something, your insurance will cover it). if you do it and fail your screwed.
