Exclamation Any Help Please?

i took my car into the shop to have the freeze plugs replaced and to have the steeping manifold gasket replaced as well as the cap, rotor , wires and spark plugs.... i came to pick it up today and drove 3 miles to the gas staion toped my tank off with gas then hit the freeway to go back to the shop to complan about a sound that sounds like they did not hook the exsaust pipe on good engougth once on the enterace ramp i reached 65 mph and it won't go any faster then i look and see its at 4800 rpm and supposed to be in od however i let off the gas to see if it will shift up to no avil. then again and it stalled and could not start it was towed back then they were abale to start it however it runs crappy while they drove it into the bay it sounded relly crappy and then they drainned the oil wicth had 5 miles on it it was BLACK now may i mention this has only 118k miles i wanna know what can be the cause so they cannot try to pin this on me... they messed up i don't wanna be scamed by them.

UPDATE i whent today to check up on what was going on and they pulled the pan and turned the eng. over and it looks as it sarved for oil however it showed 40 psi of pressure and there was metal shavings from the camshaft barlings on the sump pickup tube however that was not clogged they are dring me NUTS i wanna know what the hell they couldda done (while changing freeze plugs and putting new upper and lower intake manifold gaskets on as well as spark plugs and a wires cap and rotor..) that couldda fucked my eng in less then 5 miles i had a perfet running eng. man they fucking piss me off -excuse my lanage

Re: Any Help Please?

No oil will be black after 5 miles period. If they said they changed the oil, I doubt they are telling the truth.

You dropped off a running engine, tell them to fix whatever they screwed up.

Sorry for the bad luck! I agree with BLT, tell them to fix it whatever it is. It ran when it went there it should run when you leave.
