Unhappy 2002 Ranger Slave Cylinder Issue

My 02 Ranger 4x4 only has 48k and the slave cylinder is leaking. The clutch shows very little wear, so I don't think the issue is due to wear. I have a 70k warranty, but the company is claiming that they cannot pay for the repair because it is due to normal wear. Is it possible for the slave cylinder to go when the clutch shows very little wear? Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, the rubber seals in the slave cylinder may have gone bad.
I was able to buy seal kits for the slave cylinders on two of my vehicles.
