Blow off valve???

I havent heard of anyone trying this, but I was wondering if you could fabricate a blow off valve to a warm air or cold air intake and it accually make the hissing sound as if the car was turboed.. anyone heard of this done? Just wondering cause I love to hear a BOV hiss.. so figured it would be neat to do until i finally get my turbo..

Re: Blow off valve???

A nice honest answer in this section might be nice once in a while.

Anyway, no, there is not way to hook up a BOV without a turbo. To understand why, learn how one works-

Hope that helps!
