Reprogram 1997 Markviii Ecm

Can someone please help me find someone who can send me a hand held reflash computer for the following ecm RKK3 I'm building a 1966 shelby cobra and bought a 1997 markviii with auto tranns But need help with getting right program to get rid of all the bad stuff that does not make HP like the egr valve air pump purge canister rear o2 sensor adjust the rpm limiter fan control plus if I delet the a/c will it effect the force fans on thanks Carl
