Fuse question...

Ok, is there or is there not a fuse on a 2000 pontiac grand prix for the windhield washer fluid pump?

...and if there is one....where is it? I checked my manual and I didn't see one as well as I looked under the hood in the relays and didn't see it there either. I really can't figure out where it is at all (if there is one)

Please help.

Reason I'm looking for it is because my windhield washer pump is no longer going. figured a fuse would be an easier option to eliminate than the actual pump.

think i found my answer (this was for a 2001 grand prix)

According to the wiring diagram, there is no fuse. It shares the same 12 volts from the main wiper fuse. From the washer switch to the pump it is a straight shot via wiring. It's either the pump or switch. You can check to see if you have the proper voltage at the pump connector.

I'd put money on the washer pump.

I agree with Bob, I usually do, and the pump is most likely your problem.
