Lowering jobs
hey guys,
i was just wondering how most of you lower your models. i haven't heard much, but of what i had, it sounds like you shave the disc brakes down. but im not sure how that works. any help is appreciated, thanks anyway.

Most lowering is done by cutting a piece out of the shock and glueing it back together.
Also you lower by cutting of the little blocks that the suspension sits on in the chassis so the suspension can sit higher up into the chassis. Most times just look at where everything glues and cut it away !! It can take a very long time to get a car sitting just right...so take your time

I would do just what primera-man said. That's really the only way to do it. A dremel power tool makes life easier here. You may also have to cut the wheel wells out and make the inside of the fenders thinner (for larger wheels). Just make sure that you don't cut out the strut/spring mounts from the chassis. Good luck.
