How do I program an aftermarket remote?

I have a 2004 Toyota Corolla S..It has an aftermarket alarm system with auto-start, I have programmed the regular Toyota remotes to my car but they do not work correctly. The car came with one remote -- CheckMate FCC: JT3KT7A -- It has an "A" and "B" button which is used for the auto-start, along with the "lock" and "unlock" feature.


If anyone can help me with the programming instructions, it would be greatly appreciated! You can either reply back to this thread or email me at [email protected] .. Please label the email with a subect of "CHECKMATE INSTRUCTIONS" so I don't go over the email.
