'03 Monte Carlo - fire - fuel line

Has anyone else here ran across problems with the placement of the fuel line on a 2003 Monte Carlo?

I have a 2003 one and was just told by a friend that someone he knew had one that caught on fire when he wrecked it. The guy said that he slid out of the road, across a little hump on the side, and it ruptured the fuel line causing it to catch on fire.

I have looked under mine, but I don't know enough about it to tell if its anything to worry about or not.

Any help would be appreciated.
