im buying a 94 ls salv title, car was stolen and found 3 months later, it has 136000 miles on it and runs fine, the front bumper needs some touch up, but thats it, im going to buy it for 2500, is that reasonable,the car looks clean, and has 4 black hub rims, 14 or 15s" and ugle as hell, let me know what u guys think, and i live in ca
