16v 2.0L Timing belt busted. Think I wrecked a valve.

So yeah. I ripped the teeth off of my timing belt and the thing went "I DON"T THINK SO!" Just kinda shut off. Got the new belt on there tonight and I'm hearing that awful knock and loss of power that I think means I wrecked a valve.

I have to check all my spark plugs first but can anyone lead me to a website that shows the process of replacing the valve (which I guess means rebuilding the head).

UGH...I was just about to start the FUN stuff on my car.
