Unhappy Need help, 1994 Bonneville SE

Hey guys, I'm new here.
I have a 94 Bonne, won't start, weird symptoms. Here are some of them. Cranks good, has spark. Power windows and locks don't work now. When you push power window switches, the interior lights go out. Crazy stuff like that. Headlights, brake lights, radio all work fine.
It seems like one circuit is affecting others, like a lost ground, or bad relay, etc. Can these relays be tested? I don't know how to test fuel pump or pressure, and no blown fuses can be found. There is a series of large fuses on the firewall, 40, 50, 60 amps, etc. they are all fine. If I had a fusible link problem wouldn't one of those large fuses be dead? Does my car have fusible links? How do I trace the power AFTER these large fuses. Can I introduce a new tempory ground somewhere to stabilize these circuits? Where, how? Sorry so many Q's. I have new computer, module, wires, plugs, fuel filter, battery, alternator, new egr valve, new key, all in last 6 months, don't want to throw more parts at it till I know what's going on. Was running perfect until this happened.
Thank you all for any input!

Due respect, you need professional on site help here, or you will spend mucho money here, one possibility is a bad ground on the engine to frame or under the l/s carpet towards the frontfloor.

As I said, it has new wires, filter, and plugs. And since it won't start, I can't bring it to Autozone for free diagnostics. When I have had it there they struggled and couldn't scan it, because they said it was crossover year from OBD-1 to OBD-2 systems. Not much help there, but they did sell me the egr, sixty bucks cheaper than Napa would. Thanks.

Yeah, but I've paid a lot for "professional" help in the past that wasn't worth much. I am trying to get more educated on these matters myself. My engine cranks over great, doesn't that mean I have good ground from block to frame? Also I have the front seat and carpet out,(to get at the power lock relay), and there is not a ground there.
It was a lot of questions, I know, but anyone know the answer to part of them? Recognize some of the symptoms? Thank you. Erik

Sorry about my tip; I had a screen PC failure where I could read only "wonīt start". You are sure; if you canīt running it no Autozone shop.
Does anybody in this Forum knows if the a 94 Bonne has a collision switch. like other expensives cars like Jaguar etc..?
