Crazy Electrical problems

Hello, My girlfriend just got a 97 Cavalier and it has some electrical problems. I will do my best to describe them.

With NO KEY in the ingnition, if you turn on the headlights and hit the AC button it will put power to the blower motor as if the key was on. It only does this if the headlights are on and the AC button is on. So somehow the headlights are putting power to the blower motor switch.

With the car running and the headlights on, you can dim the dash lights using the dimmer as you would on any car, but if you push the AC button it puts the dash lights to full brightness no matter where the dimmer is set.

The HVAC lights do not work. I have determined that there is no power going to bulbs via test light and volt meter.

The AC does not work.

The rear defrost does not work.

I know that GM's are not known for having the greatest electrical systems but this thing is just wacko

Any Ideas on what to look for? Anybody had similar promlems? I dont know where to start looking.

it has to be a bad hook up to a wire casue when my dad switched out my sisters radio with his old atrack one it casue he car only had am on it, so every time she turned the lights pn she couls sisten to the radio wihout any keys. I would check the wirering harness cause it could be shorting or a bad hook up
