What is ECM?
I have one fuse labeled "ECM" - have no idea what this stands for.
 Can anyone tell me?

Welcome to AF!!
The ECM is the engine control module or computer that controls the engine and drive train of your vehicle. Without that fuse the car will not run at all.

GTP Dad is lying, it's the Extra Creamy Milkshake. With that fuse in good consition, everytime you guy a mikshake, it's always extra creamy
 [GTP Dad is of course right, but I still like the Extra Creamy Milkshake better...]
