What engine and trans and rear end does it have? Tahoe's are not really speed deamons. What kind of faster? Why do you want faster? How much of a small budget? A performance chip does help on performance. Horse power cost money. And Horses eat fuel. And Fuel cost money. So better fatten up that small budget any way you go. And remember them speeding tickets are hard on the budget to. Its is going to cost you any way you go.    MT
