back seats

Hi i was thinking about getting black racing seats for my 98 civic ex and was wondering what i can do to the rear ones.

1) Re-uphoster the rear seats to match the front racing seats, using the same material as on the front

2) Custom install 2 racing seats in the rear of the car.
