Question 4 door engine swap question

mmm- kay! my question is, does anybody know what mods need to be done to swap my d15b7 out for a D16z6. i checked a site: http://www.enginereplacement.com/htdocs/chart.htm they have a chart which shows which swaps can be done easily. and for 5g ( 92-95 ) it has an x, so i was just lookin to see if anyone has put a d16z into a 5g 4 door. And if yes, what mods were needed. mounting brackets, wiring harness etc.

Re: 4 door engine swap question

The EX 4drs come with the z6 stock. You need the engine and ECU, then you need to wire in vtec: http://www.hondaswap.com/~pills/obd1guide.html (You only need the vtec part, the rest is meaningless for you application). And that's it, the rest you can use your existing parts (mounts, axles, etc).
