What car...+++++++

My Budget for my FIRST car is : $3900
What I wan't from my first car :
- a 5 speed manual transmission
- reliable car,
- NOT A PROJECT CAR(well, not at first at least, meaning I won't have to do shit to get it running and stuff)
- decent to great mpg,
- and relativly cheap insurance.

When I look through this, the obvious choice seems to be a honda, which I really want, but Im starting to be paranoid about the car jackins. The car wouldn't be parked directly on a street, but not in a garage. I live in a pretty good neighboorhood, but then again a my friend's brother's riced out prelude got jacked.... And if I get a honda, im definetly putting a couple of kill switches

So please give me suggestions about what cars meet the criteria.

Thanks a lot.

what kinda honda we talkin here? if its a civic, i really dont think some one is going to 'jack it. just put one of those red blinking lights in it to scare off any "would be" car jacker.
