Turn Signal problem

My turning signal does not BLINK...Ive changed the bulb. Still not blinking. Is there fuse or something. I was told it could be a solenoid??? Any help would be appreciated. 92 ford explorer.

First check fuse and flasher. Is the 4 way switch stuck on?
Does anything light up when signals switch is on left or right turn.
Have you got brake lights?
