1990 le sabre parked for 3 years

I inherited a 1990 lesabre, it was parked outside and never ran for 3 years.
It was in good running condition when it was parked.
I replaced the battery and added coolant, the oil was still clean.
when I replaced the battery I could here the fuel pump run without
the ignition on.
I added new fuel it and tryed to start it, the starter cranks the motor but it just won't fire up. any ideas?PLEASE

Hello

First off...the fuel pump running w/o the key on is a bad thing....it sounds like you have a bad fuel pump relay...or what turns on the realy is bad.

Is your fuel pump still running w/o the key on? When you turn the key on do you hear the pump start?

We need to know if the engine isn't starting because of lack of fuel or lack of spark, or ignition.
