Are these GP factory wheels?

The numbers are 9593077, there is a GM stamp but there is also "Eikei" also Anyone know?

Enkei was a wheel manufacturer for GM and had contracts to produce the wheels for Grand Prixs in certain model years. Those look like the Enkei Torque Star wheel. They came in polished and silver paint.
