My first finished R34 GT-R

Hi y'all! This was my first finished R34 (I have 2 others lying around). Model is Aoshima R34 GT-R V-Spec II and I have to say there were a few cons why I wont buy another one. First the front bumber doesn't fit properly, when I attached it to the chassis plate (not to the body?) it didn't line up with fenders front edge -all scewed up. And the plastic is kinda funny, I layed a Tamiya white basecoat and first I tried a Motip Acrylic automotive spraycan -didn't work. After that Testor's Boyd's acrylic arctic met. blue with airbrush and I had to paint it again three times and it's still half decent paintjob no clear, wax or polishing! DId'nt want to waste more time to this P.O.S! Oh, one more thing, I used liquid glue for the headlight lenses, but they fogged so you shoul use enamel clear or something. Here are the pics.

Thnx for looking, feel free to C&C!

Re: My first finished R34 GT-R

the front wheels are turned to left so they look a bit funky.

Re: My first finished R34 GT-R

Despite all the troubles you had with this kit, your car turned out very well. Good work!

Cheers, Rick
