Talking david-b -VS- GS-T

Hahaha, the title ryhmes. lol.

Last night when I was coming home from downtown with my girl and I pulled up beside a 95/96 GS-T. Some ugly-ass dude was drivin it with 2 passengers. The light turned green and we took off normally. His car was a stick. I pass him up like doing 35 or so. He kept looking at my girl all crazy. He then does a fly-by on me. His car was stock.

A block up then, he slows down and is waiting for me to catch up. I pull up besides him and keep even. My girl goes "Kill him." (That was so hot!)

I drop to 3rd, and floor it. He does the same at the same time. The windows are open so I can hear him next to me. When I downshifted, I took off flying. He fell back almost immediatly. We're still going and you can here the stock turbo. We shift to 4th at about the same time and I pull away harder. I hit 100mph, and shut it down. I had beat him by 1 1/2 cars length. The dude goes flying by me then.

I had a huge smile on my face . I then catch up to him a little farther down the road bc he got stuck in traffic. I drive by and he looks, then looks back realyl quick. You can tell he knew that he was just owned! It reminded me of a dog putting its tail inbetween its legs when it gets beat. .

Good times. Stock GS-T -VS- modded ESi = N/A all the way!

Re: david-b -VS- GS-T

I'm waiting to finish the car. I was going to do it after I got a bored TB and tuned perfectly, but since I'm going to be rebuilding a head for it, I'm going to wait. Then I'll probably find something else to do to her then. Dyno-ing is always in the back of my head, but I've just been holding it off. Dont want to spend the money and then add something new, and then it changes, you know.

LOL just joking man, good take. Im also affraid to race on the street unless its people i know. I was cruizing down the highway and a wrx pulled up next to me and he kept stepping on the gas so i downshifted at this time we are going like 90 mph sid by side, he steps on his gas and then i stepped on mine and started pulling hard from him got it up to about 120 mph and shut her down. 2 Miles down the road i have 3 state troopers comming after me and stopped me. No one ever got a radar on me just the wrx running with me had a idea what i was going, well come to fund out that was a under cover cop i was racing at speeds of 120 mph . He radio ahead and they were waiting for me. I got really lucky i got it reduced to 86 mph since they did not get a solid radar on me. That happened a 1 1/2 years ago.

Re: david-b -VS- GS-T

A close friend of mine was crusing in his nice maxima(highly modded). He pulled up beside a guy on the highway and they both took off. He then decided to be a dick and cut the guy off. Right after cutting him off he sees the lights and gets pulled over by the policeman driving the car he just raced. Yeah I'm sure that sucked.

I was leaving work one night (tired as shit) and I'm just cruising home. I get on this straight away and this car comes flying up right on my ass and burrys it's head lights in my ass. At first I'm like what ever. Then about a half mile later I get pissed off cause they are still right on my ass. About this time I get pissed off and drop it down and take off from about 35. After hitting about 65 on this straight away the head lights from the tail gater and long gone and I am coming up on a hill so I let up and drift it doing only about 40mph. Then I see the head lights come up again and continue tail gating me. Right about then I see the lights on the top of the car but, it was to late. The lights came on and I got a 150 fine. She didn't have a clue to how fast I was going but, paced me doing 40 in a 30.

Re: david-b -VS- GS-T

I'm not saying I don't believe you, because anything can happen on the street. But I'd still think he has more power than you, I'm not sure he went 100%.

Don't underestimate the N/T either . If modded right there faster then you would think.

Re: david-b -VS- GS-T

Yeah... i think with my head, not my other head. I don't get full of myself.

But, you could hear his car and his turbo. He was pushing. All engines are louder when flooring it, and you could hear it when i was side by side with him. His rpms were high and he was moving.

Good kill! I'm still debating with myself whether to go turbo or stay n/a. It's a tuffy.
