shopaddict that looks awesome.
that is such a classic design. really nice reflections and colors. cool work. btw why is painting a car with the airbrush in photoshop called tooning?

because you're making the car look toony...
 you take the realistic car on the photo and turn it in to a toony photo. that's basicly it

i think i see what you mean.
but yours isn't still a photo. check out this link http://www.tutorialized.com/tutorial...ng-a-Car/10035 it is what i have in mind when i think toon. parts of the photo are poking out from under the flat shapes of color. i think yours is 100% rendered in airbrush. to me that is more than a doctored photo. and not in the same ballpark as the link listed. i guess what i don't understand is why a lightboxed and airbrushed photo isn't also a toon.
