im going to run a power lead wire (8 or 4 gauge depending on room in the trim and firewall) for an audio system. the question is where can i get it through the firewall without drilling and if i cant where have you drilled that works out well. i heard something about throught the fuse bix but i see no opening there. thanks.

Re: firewall access

Dont go through your firewall, go around it. There are sme holes in your fender wall on the inside of your engine bay. Run them through there and then fish them out through the door using a coat hanger (connect a st8tened coat hanger to the 0 connector of your power, and then drag it through to where your door opens). Then, go through your door, there should be some wires already running through there, so just pull out that boot and run it through with the rest of the stock wires. That way you can easily just run the power st8 to the back under your carpet by the door frame of your drivers side. If you have any questions I can post pics of my setup. Good luck

Re: firewall access

I have 4 gauge wire, and it fit fine. Also, for my battery fuse block, i just mounted it on top of my stock fuse block that under the hood. It works great.
