Arrow 90 Lumina APV 3.1 won't get fuel through injectors! HELP!!

I have a 90 Chevy Lumina APV with a 3.1. It has been in my garage broke down for 6 months! No one can tell me what is wrong with it! I was driving the van and heard a pop and it quit. I couldn't get any spark or gas. Changed the ignition control module and got the spark back but still no gas. Checked the fuel pump, fuel filter, etc. It is getting fuel all the way to the fuel rail but will not come out the injectors. This is a throttle body by the way. I swapped out all the relay switches in the front of the van....no help there. I jumped the injectors straight to the battery and fuel came out and van fired. It's as if they are getting no power. I'm at my wits end with this thing. It has given me 190,000 miles!!! It is a great vehicle and I have so much new on it that I hate to get rid of it, especially if I'm just overlooking something. Can anyone help?! Thanks ahead of time for any input!! You can reach me directly at [email protected]. Thanks again, Tami!

Check the injector fuse?

Where is the injector fuse? I don't have a owners manual and it doesn't say in the Chiltons or Hammonds! Help!

I don't remember on the APV, but it HAS to have one, every electric item on cars is protected.

If there is a relay center under the hood I'd look there. Make sure there's no burnt links down by the starter also.

According to what I was able to dig up, the #8 fuse position in the regular fusebox on yours is a 10 amp that protects the injectors, spark control module, and EGR actuator.

Thing is, you shouldn't have spark if this one's blown, but still worth a look.

If nothing pans out, you'll have to go to the library and find a manual with a wiring diagram for your van, start at the injectors and work back to the ignition feed, and check every point in between. It has to be there, since it works when you supply power straight to it.
