Question 96 tauras new tranny prob.

I could use some help with this one please ,I picked this car up for free and the reason was becouse the tranny would make niose when you slow down from a 100 kmh not realy loud but you can hear the gears turning everything works fine ,shifts,no slipping he took it to a tranny shop and they droped the pan and said he would have to tear it apart to let him no what was wrong with it I just don't have the money to do that so Ime going to put a new filter and some Lukas tranny fix in anything else you can think of would be apreciated thanks Jam

actually, i think it would be the same either way, it probably needs a rebuild, so if you can stand to be stranded at some point, drive it into the ground.
