well fellas what should be done next heres what i got so far ON the car
performance bocsh MAF
forza headers
2 1/2 in straight pipe to a pacesetter muffler
cheapy intake
and random ground shit
and ngk wires and iridum plugs

......now whats sitting in my garage just begging to be put on ( waiting until i get some free time)

turbonetics cast iron turbo manifold
i believe a t25 turbonetics turbo
big deltagate wastegate
spearco intercooler with all piping
turbonetics bov
440cc injectors
walbro 255lph fuel pump
aem fuel pressure regulator
waiting on e manage
N1 muffler with a 3'' pipe from turbo back
and the sexyest of all the cobalt boost gauge yeah im a dork

just wondering if yall had any suggestion its always nice to have a little guidance ......i was thinkin a ath lip kit and a oem carbon fiber hood.....also i just got a brand new paint job today jet black with gold pearl ill get some pics tomorrow and show yall suggestions greatly appreicated and also once the kit is on ill put up a dyno sheet cause almost immediately getting tuned after installl thanks

I would strongly suggest the Aeromotive 13109 FPR & Marchel liquid filled FPG. You'll be wanting a wideband too.. The plx-m300 is an afordable sensor/digital readout package. You need to know what the spring rate is in your wastegate as well as the compressor wheel on that turbo or you'll be flying blind..

Get a 1g DSM bov for $20, their good for upto 20psi, 25psi when you crush them.

You'll also need to make an 02 housing for that turbo... So you might want to order a flange from turbonetics & a flange form that exhaust company and get things started. You'll also be needing to fabricate an intake system to that turbo, and it wouldn't probably be a bad idea to invest in a water injection system, Eventually you an use it as a power agent and use Alch.. But it will help you tune your N/A-to-Turbo tiburon and reduce knock.. The crappy thing about OBDII is you cant read knock, You have to guess based on timming advance...

but the intake has already beeen fabricated and the o2 bung has been made so its all ready

So you have a o2 housing that will bolt to that turbo and connect to your new downpipe?

i believe so i got the kit off a tiburon so it has everything on it
