wishbone bushes

hi there, is anyone familiar with replacing the wishbone bushes.Having failed the MOT we have to replace both sides And getting the old one off was bad enough, but can't get the new one on. Any tips.........

hi mate i had to do my v6 espace bushes and they were a pain the way i did it was.
remove wishbone then cut thr rubber out then hacksaw the metal sleeve thats stuck on becaeful not to cut into the wishbone ..ps remember how the bush was positioned as i didnt and put the bush on and had to cut it back off again and buy another 1 hope this helps..
