626 custom Ram Air intake

hay i reall dont know how to use this form yet

but i have a 626 wit ram air intakes down by my fog lights got it ran into my air box wit k&n dont know if that can hurt any thing wit wather getting in or too much air cars a 1995 kinda old

does any one know about how much tork and hp this should add
