Funny story

This morning I wake up to go to work.

I go out side, only to find my battery dead, opps I left the power inverter for my ps2 on all night...

So my remote control that unlocks the doors doesnt work...

I think no biggie, so I go to the key whole on the drivers side, and I turn the key... The locks dont open,

so I go to the other lock and its pushed into the freaking door,

thank god I have a spyder...

I stick a screw driver inbetween the weatherstripping on each side and push down my visors revealing my top clamps...

Then I hit the top with a rubber mallet and the clamps come loose, and i open the top...

lol im glad that works on old cars.

any feedback?

Re: Funny story

I think you need to tighten the j hooks on the top clamps then. Aint nothing getting mine to fall down like that. It takes force to open them by hand. Get an allen wrench unscrew the bolt on the j hook and give them 2-3 turns each. Now clamp them down
