98 seabring convertible top goes down but wont go up!!

98 seabring, convertible, power top goes down but wont go up, i put in a new pump and still the top wont go up, only manually, any suggestions on what to do???

I'm having the same problem; where is the pump? Is it accessible from the trunk or back of backseat?

Get a repair manual, tester, check electrical circuit. I would check switch first. Good luck.

99% its low on fuld thats what i did i put fuld in it the pump is behind the rear seat http://www.sebringclub.net/board/viewtopic.php?t=2112 go to that site it will show you how to do it
