Fiesta using too much oil. What happening?
My fiesta is using way too much oil ( nearly 1 litre a week ) but its not leaking. What could cause this? The engine is not dirty and the smoke from the tail pipe doesnt seem to be dark.

Re: Fiesta using too much oil. What happening?
Is your engine dirty? If yes then you have a leak(s) somewhere.
Worn rings and/or valve guides may allow your motor to burn the oil. Dark or blue smoke from the tail pipe is an indication of this. |

Re: Fiesta using too much oil. What happening?
take off the oil filler cap and run the engine. If there is a misty vapour coming out then your bores are worn. jus keep puttin oil in it, or get another engine. It wont blow up or anythin as long as you keep puttin oil in
