Help! Noise coming from tire area

Hello I have a 1998 sunfire 5 speed I tried changing the tire, brake pads, and rim still the noise is there. A thump, thump, If i go 30 mph its really loud.
you can feel the vibration in the brake pedal slightly.

did you check the rotor? how about the bearing or the axle?

Check your wheel bearings, as well as balljoints and tie rod ends
