Help on tranny problem that i cant find

ok let me start.My honda accord ex v6.90,000 miles on it.well it started shifting roughly.it almost semes it doest want to shift out of first after 1st its ok.but it shifts roughly and it lost power.i changed the tranny fluid and saw the fluid had a crome color to it??.i did a flush at the mecanics.car still rans with no power and shifts roughly.i got a code po780- witch is a shift error.any one knows what cause this.the plug on the tranny had alot of metal on it.Its weird, the car runs good but not to good when it starts to get around 6 and 7 at noon,thats when it gets cold.It runs like normal when it gets real real cold.It semes like it has no problem. another weird thing to is that in the morning it gets real cold ,but my car runs crappy.like i said the tranny shifts roughly and my car lost power.I been having this problem since i had around 65,000 miles on it. i been driving it like that ever since.ohh the tranny slips too.and sometimes it doest.i sometimes have to hit the pedal slowly so it wont slip when i am on first then it goes ok but rought.Can anyone help me.can it be a solenoid or what

I'm curious - what year accord - V6 or 4 cyl ? As you may know, Accord V6 models have a history of auto tranny problems.....
