89' Dodge daytona wiring probs
Hey, I got a 89 dodge daytona that is doing some funny stuff. I open up the passenger side door and my radio goes out, I turn on my dome light and the radio goes out, now my dome light stays on constantly so i took it out, but the radio still does not work. And today when i fixed the brakes on it, my brake lights and blinkers dont work anymore! What the hell is wrong with this thing..Mind of its own perhaps?

Re: 89' Dodge daytona wiring probs
Check all your ground cables.
a) from firewall to block b) from the battery to body c) I hear there should be one on the left motor mount to block d) check the ground on your radio. Sounds like your car is creating its own grounds. "Power will follow the path of least resistence". remove clean and replace what's needed. Good Luck and happy hunting. |
